Rental Policy

At time of Reservation/booking:

$1,000 damage/security deposit due at time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit.

A $50.00 VILLAGE GUEST PASS Fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

30 Days Prior of Reservation:

Remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to check-in. If check-in date is less than 30 days of booking, 100% of rent is due at time of reservation.

January, February, March........$4,500/month (not available for 2025)

April.........$3,500/month

May..........$2,500/month

June..........$2,000/month (or $750/week, 2 wk min)

July...........$2,000/month (or $750/week, 2 wk min)

August......$2,000/month (or $750/week, 2 wk min)

September/October...........$2,700/month

November, December........$3,000/month

All taxes, utilities, internet, trash, and lawn service are included.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
