The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and well stocked with extras like a Keurig coffee machine, coffee and tea, electric kettle, blender, Instant pot, air fryer, food processor and wine openers, spices, sweeteners, creamer, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods and more.

The Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer in each bathroom. Master bath has a 5x magnifying mirror and commonly needed toiletries.

The Bedrooms have extra hangers, replacement linens, extra pillows and blankets.

For excursions to the pool, we supply a cooler, pool towels & 2 noodle chairs. The 6 folding bag chairs are great for trips to the town squares and Edna's on the green.

If you're in the mood for games, Uno, Rummikub, Yahtzee, Scrabble and cards are available for your enjoyment.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless agreement to drive. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out and return the form at least one week before check-in. The Hold Harmless Agreement will be sent to your booking email address. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire failure while we await repairs.

Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, a first aid kit, and a deadbolt lock.

The propane tank has a gas level indicator and a spare tank in the garage.

Guest passes are included with your stay, allowing access to pools and rec centers. Every guest needs one to use the amenities. These will be ready for pick up at one of the regional recreational centers. For renters staying longer than a month, that would like to golf or attend classes, a Temporary Resident ID is available (2 people per household) for $50 payable to The Villages. Passes require State ID and are picked up from Sumter Landing. This ID allows you to reserve golf, waive greens fees on over 40 Executive Courses and pay resident fees for Championship Courses.

Rental Policy:
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Deposit: 50% of Rent Due at Booking and the remainder 60 days prior to check-in.
***If booking within 60 days of check-in, total is due at booking.
Full refund if reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of booking (local time).
Extra-person charges of $100 only if extra guests stay longer than 1 week.

Refundable Security Deposit of $1,000 is due 7 days prior to check-in and will be refunded within 7 days of departure if no damage occurs.
