CANCELLATION POLICY:
4 months prior to check in: 100% refund
31-119 days before check in: owner will make best effort to re-rent the property. If the property is rerented at posted rate, 100% refund. IF unable to be rented at the amount originally posted, renter will be responsible for the difference. For period not not rerented, 50% refund given.
Less than 30 days: No refund of rent can be given.
Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Children will need to be accompanied to closest FAMILY pool.
