These rates do not include the Villages ID/amenities pass ($50.00/person). Temporary IDs give full access to all residential amenities, including golf at any of the 36 executive courses. The 12 championship courses charge an additional fee. Renters have access to all recreation centers, swimming pools, pickleball, tennis, beach tennis, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, billiards, archery, bocce ball, horseshoes, and over 2,000 other clubs and activities.

For each unreturned garage door opener, gate pass, mailbox key, and house key, $100 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Property taxes, internet, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Cleaning Fee: $175.00 will be deducted from the deposit.

Rental Policy:
Payment may be made by personal check or cashier's check.
Rental periods must be a minimum of 3 months for winter months.
MUST RENT JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH TOGETHER. The remainder of the year can be rented monthly.

Rental payments for January February and March are due according to the following schedule, 50% is due August 1st. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before January 1, 2026.
