Come and stay at our cozy patio villa! Sit back and relax in the lanai or outside on the patio.

Our newly remodeled cozy villa features two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV and a full bathroom. The guest room has two twin beds and there's a bathroom right next to the bedroom. This home comes fully furnished with everything you need including dishes, silverware, pots, pans, towels, beach towels, and linen. The washer and dryer are in the garage so you do not need to hear it going.

Utilities, Xfinity basic, YouTube TV, and you can stream your own accounts such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.), internet, trash, and lawn services are included. The garage fits a car and a golf cart.

Our cozy villa is close to the Caroline and Coconut Cove pools. And there are over 100 pools for you to go to. There are numerous of activities to enjoy. There is something for everyone including pickleball, tennis, etc.

Enjoy taking a stroll at Lake Sumter Landing or the three other squares where you can shop, enjoy the numerous of restaurants, or watch free nightly entertainment. The other squares are Spanish Springs which is north of us, Brownwood and Sawgrass which are south of us.

There are tons to do and you will never be bored! Golf, recreation centers, entertainment, and swimming. Mallory Hill Country Club is close by for those who wish to golf.

There are two options for passes. Temporary Residents ID is $50 for two people if you like to golf. The other option is a regular guest pass which is free. This will give you access to the pools and recreation centers.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am.

Rental Policy:
*The rate is for two adults. Overnight guests require the owner's approval. Additional fees may apply.
*Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
*Bookings made with less than 90 days lead time require a full rental rate and security deposit within seven days of booking.
*$150 Cleaning Fee. An additional fee will be taken from the security deposit if the house was not left as clean as it was at the time of check-in. We use earth-friendly cleaning products.
*NON-Smoking Rental (includes Vaping) and NO pets or Animals allowed. Violation of the policy will result in the forfeiture of the Security Deposit. Paid Rent, as well as imediate termination of the Rent Lease.

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
