Rental Policy:
50% of Rental fee to be paid 15 days after signing of Contract. Balance to be paid 60-90 days prior to arrival. Cancelation less than 2 months of reservation will forfeit 50% of rental fee. Less than 1 month 100%.
Rentals from January through April require a 3 Month prior cancelation

$200 Cleaning Fee

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
