Property Details

Enjoy the Villages active lifestyle in this comfortable two bedroom villa with a enclosed private backyard. Located minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, drugs stores and urgent care facilities. Less than a 10 minutes ride will get you to Brownwood or Lake Sumter town square.
The master suite has a king size bed, walk-in shower and a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom. There is large counter space in the kitchen and an open floor plan. There is no carpet, tiled floors throughout the home. In the garage you will find front load washer and dryer. The garage has room for one car and space for a golf cart (golf cart not included).
Upon your arrival, initial supplies will be provided (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries, etc). Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM. This rental is based on 2 person occupancy, maximum occupancy is 4. Short term guests are welcomed with advanced notice.

Rental Policy: Property taxes, utilities, internet, TV, lawn care, trash are included in the monthly rent.
There is a refundable $1000.00 security deposit. ($200.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from this deposit).
The State of Florida imposes a 7% sales tax on rentals. Renter/s will be responsible for paying this tax, WHICH IS
INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL RENT RATE LISTED BELOW.
An optional $50.00 fee is required to obtain 2 Resident IDs from The Villages.
$1000 security deposit plus 25% total rental is due when the rental agreement is signed.
The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellation Policy: If the renter/s cancel the rental agreement, the owner will make every attempt to re-rent the property for the agreed upon dates and rental amounts. However, if no such replacement is found, all collected funds will be kept by the owner.
