Property Details

The villa has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. A fully equipped kitchen, towels, linens and more. The master suite has a king size bed, TV, walk-in shower and a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom. The kitchen is well supplied with a large counter space. There is no carpet, tiled floors throughout the home. In the garage you will find front load washer and dryer. The home has a Pegasus water filtration and softening system. Upon your arrival, initial supplies will be provided (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries, etc). Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM. Both of these are negotiable if no other renters are involved. This rental is based on 2 person occupancy. Short term guests are welcomed with advanced notice.

Rental Policy: This villa is to be rented for a minimum of one month. The monthly rent includes: Florida 7% rental sales tax, utilities, internet, TV (Netflix provided), lawn care, and trash pick-up. There is a refundable $900.00 security deposit. ($150.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from this deposit). An optional $50.00 fee is required to obtain 2 Resident IDs from The Villages. I will submit the application ahead of your arrival if desired. A 2020 Yamaha golf cart with roadside assistance is available for an additional fee.

$900 security deposit plus 25% total rental is due when the rental agreement is signed.
The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellation Policy: If the renter/s cancel the rental agreement, the owner will make every attempt to re-rent the property for the agreed upon dates and rental amounts. However, if no such replacement is found, all collected funds will be kept by the owner.
