The large renovated kitchen features, new shaker white cabinets, quartz countertop, with stainless steel appliances, it flows to living room with a Large Smart TV and a sofa with a love seat. All the ceilings were recently scraped, new vinyl plank flooring through out, and new bathroom vanities installed. There are two Master Bedrooms, each feature King Size Beds, and Smart TVs. Each Master Bath features a walk-in shower with a double vanity. The third guest bathroom has a full new vanity and a tub. The property features a den with a sofa that converts to a guest bed. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the garage with a set sink. This home is furnished with modern furniture, bedding, linens and towels and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home! The outdoor kitchen has Webber grill for your cook out with friends. (renter to fill propane if needed).
Check in is 4 p.m. on the first day of the rental, and check out is at 10 a.m. on last day of rental. Price quote is for up to two (2) occupants. Optional resident ID card can be included for $50 payable to The Villages, is highly recommended. This allows you the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident (Needed to enjoy the 42 executive course or 13 championship courses, pool access and other sport facilities)

No pets are allowed. Property taxes, utilities, High Speed Internet, trash, included.
Golf Cart included, only fully licensed drivers may operate the golf cart and must be in same condition or paid for by guest.

50% down to reserve, balance due 90 days prior to arrival.
$500 Security Deposit $175 Cleaning Fee 50% due upon execution of rental agreement. The remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payment by Venmo, bank check or Zelle. Non U.S. Checks require a $50.00 fee.
$150.00 per month to use the optional pool heater.
