Guests: Overnight guest must have prior approval from homeowner, prior to stay. If a guest stays 7 days or longer, $125 per person, per week, is due immediately.

Cleaning Fee: Basic cleaning service includes floors, linens and bedding, empty clean dishwasher, clean and sanitize kitchen and bathrooms, etc - fee extra $160 will be automatically deducted from security deposit. (mandatory). Cleaning products/supplies, cordless stick vacuum & mop, etc. available for self clean up & maintenance cleaning during stay.

ID Cards: Temporary Resident ID Cards - fee extra $50/2 ID Cards,2 People. (optional)

Rental Rates (based on two person occupancy): Reservation deposit required: 50% of the rental fee rates commensurate with planned duration.Security deposit required: $750 Security deposit (minus $160 cleaning fee) will be refunded once the property is inspected and found to be in as found pre-rental condition.

Golf Cart Usage: Golf cart usage (drivers) ARE restricted only to the renters listed on the Rental Agreement. See separate Golf Cart Rental Agreement.
