Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security are due within 7 days of booking.
50% of rental fee must be received 120 days before check-in.
The remainder 50% of rental fee and cleaning fee is due 60 days before check-in.
Rates are shown for 2 adults.
In the event of a cancellation, rental charges and security deposit are fully refundable ONLY if cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival date and only if property is re-rented for the same period at the same rate.

$150 Cleaning Fee

A Resident ID gives you access to all recreational facilities including executive golf courses, pools, activities at the rec centers, etc. Your cost is $50 which covers up to 2 people for the length of your stay.
You cannot request this yourself; we have to order it ahead of time for you and you will put it up at Lake Sumter Sales Office.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
The individual making the reservation must be 30 years of age or older for
reservations up to 14 days. Longer stays you must be 55 or older and occupy the unit the entire term of the reservation.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.

Some more important information you should know:
No pets allowed
SMOKE FREE PROPERTY, inside and out
There is a $500 clean up fee for any violations and may result in eviction.
Housewares and furnishings are all inventoried by unit.
Please report any broken items so they can be replaced. Reporting of
damage will help mitigate loss against your damage deposit.
Willful or malicious damage to the home or its contents will be the
responsibility of the renter.
Quiet time is between 10PM and 8 AM
Minors are not allowed to consume alcohol anywhere on the property.
Payment in full due 90 days before reservation.

INCLUDES 2-SEATER GOLF CART with signed waiver. The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless waiver to drive. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

This spacious villa has 2 Bedrooms and 2 baths including an ensuite in master with walk in shower and king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the second bathroom has a shower with tub.

Enjoy meals or games at the dining table with seating for six.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a full-size fridge with icemaker, stove, microwave, blender, and Keurig and drip coffee maker.

We have also provided you with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, pool towels and two bag chairs for your use during your stay.

There is plenty of seating in the living room including a couch and two recliners for watching your favorite shows on the 60" Smart Samsung TV.

The bedrooms also each have a 43" Smart Samsung TV.

The private patio which is screened and/or glassed in with comfortable seating for four.

You can relax in the front patio or out on the side yard with the barbecue grill.
There is also grassy areas in the back and side yard.

The property is located on a quiet street in the heart of the villages!

There is a one and a half car garage for your car and the golf cart, or you can park your car in the driveway or front of the house.

The Villages App on your phone will be your best friend and will help you navigate either the golf cart trails and/or the roads.

All photos, calendar, and rates are 100% current and accurate.

You'll receive the comforts of home with towels and linens and a starter supply of soaps and paper products.
We do not supply food of any kind including coffee and spices.
