Ceiling fans, wireless internet, cable TV, washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, linens and towels provided. Just got all new appliances in July 2024 for kitchen.

44 executive golf courses (golf cart fee is $4 for residents- can get monthly Trail Pass for $20 for 2 people at Regional Centers). Fifteen 18 hole Championship golf courses can be played for a fee. Over 400 activities each week including favorites such as tennis, pickle ball, soft ball, horse shoes, billiards, classes for hobbies, bingo and cards. Two movie theaters and live theater with discount tickets. Many bowling alleys are available for your entertainment.

A $50 per house fee is required when you register for the use of the Village facilities.

Utilities, cable TV, trash, and lawn service are included. Florida tax of 7% for short term rental is added to total cost.

Rental Policy:
$1000 Deposit/Security due immediately.
$125 Cleaning. Fee comes out of deposit.

Total cost of stay must be paid 30 days in advance of stay.

Once rented, the tenant will be responsible for the entire rent unless the house can be re-rented for same amount and same length. Deposit will be forfeited even if replacement found.

Visiting guests for less than a week are allowed with no additional fees. If more than 2 people staying full time please email about additional fees.

Rental Rates
