For additional privacy this entire area can be closed off from the living room and kitchen with a pocket door.

PAYMENT
A signed lease will be required with initial security deposit ($1000 for monthly rentals). Your reservation is not guaranteed until the signed lease, security deposit and 50% of the total rental fee is received by landlord. This is due within 7 days of reservation. The remaining balance of total rental fee, which includes 7% sales tax, is due 90 days before arrival. Security deposit is refundable, minus $175 cleaning fee, within 15-30 days of departure upon inspection minus any assessed damage or losses. This includes return of mailbox keys, garage door openers, security gate passes. All payments must be made by check/cashier check, money order or Zelle.

CANCELLATIONS
The reservation deposit (rent amount plus 7% sales tax) can be refunded upon cancellation only if the property can be rented again during that same time and for the same amount.

RENTAL POLICY
Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, high speed internet and lawn service are included
Optional Resident ID passes ($50 2 passes) are available paid directly to The Villages
No pets, no smoking or vaping indoors or outdoors
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
Rental rate is based on double occupancy. Guests are welcome, not to exceed 5 days and no more than two people.

No Subletting permitted.
