PAYMENT
A signed lease will be required with initial security deposit ($1000 for monthly rentals). Your reservation is not guaranteed until the signed lease, security deposit and 50% of the total rental fee is received by landlord. This is due within 7 days of reservation. The remaining balance of total rental fee, which includes 7% sales tax, is due 90 days before arrival. Security deposit is refundable, minus $175 cleaning fee, within 15-30 days of departure upon inspection minus any assessed damage or losses. This includes return of mailbox keys, garage door openers, security gate passes. All payments must be made by check/cashier check, money order or Zelle.
CANCELLATIONS
The reservation deposit (rent amount plus 7% sales tax) can be refunded upon cancellation only if the property can be rented again during that same time and for the same amount.

Optional Resident ID passes ($50 2 passes) are available paid directly to The Villages
