The Master has a King bed, TV, dresser, chest of drawers, night stands, 2 walk-in closets and a roomy en suite with 2 sinks and a separate walk-in shower and toilet room. The large guest bedroom is next to its own bath, and is furnished with a King bed, night stands, a TV, and corner desk, perfect for use as a temporary home office as well. This guest room also has its own slider entrance to the Florida Room located at the back of the home and facing the woodland area. No one is behind you in this extra large corner lot!

The large kitchen is fully equipped with plates, flatware, pots, pans and much more. Enjoy breakfast at the dinette table which comfortably accommodates four as you watch the birds at the pond. Or take your coffee outside to the lanai and relax. For a more formal dinner party, there is a large dining room table with seating for 6.

The large enclosed lanai is furnished with several tables that each seat 4 people comfortably, as well as a more intimate table and chair set perfect for wine with that special someone as you look across to the marvelous pond view.

Rental of an electric two seater golf cart is available for a nominal fee - please ask.

This home comes with Xfinity cable and wireless internet, full sized INDOOR washer and dryer, and garage. Property Caretakers live 5 minutes away and available to assist with any home issues.
All utilities, cable TV, trash and lawn service are included in the rental fee. Florida rental tax and cleaning fee of $200 is separate.

Rates are for two adults only. Guests may stay up to three nights for free and thereafter there will be a $50 per week, per person charge - ONLY with prior notification and approval of the owners. Guests may not stay more than 7 consecutive nights.

Rental Policy:
Full rental fee due within 14 business days of booking, for bookings less than 2 months in duration. Bank Check or Money Orders ONLY.
$200 Cleaning Fee, $750 Security Deposit, Guest ID fee of $50 for two (not applicable to Jan, Feb, March or long term rentals) & Sumter County rental tax due 30 days prior to occupancy. $100 charge for any missing keys, gate passes or garage door openers.
No smoking, pets, charging of electric vehicles or bar-b-ques. Violation of these house rules will result in complete loss of Security Deposit and possible early termination of rental with no refunds.


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
