Rental Policy:
Jan-Mar 3 month minimum.
$1000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$150 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee (deducted from security deposit).
$50 Non-Refundable Pet Deposit (deducted from security deposit).
For short-term rentals (less than six (6) months), half (50%) of full-term monthly rental is due within 7 days of booking. Remaining half (50%) of rental is due 60 days prior to occupancy.

Cancelation Policy:
Security and Cleaning Deposit will be refunded in full. A non-refundable cancelation penalty of one month's rent will be charged if cancelation occurs less than 30 days prior to occupancy. If the house can be re-rented at the same rate, rent will be refunded minus a 15% cancelation fee.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
