RENTAL POLICY
Security deposit is $500 for one month, $1000 for 2 months, $1500 for 3 months.
50% of full rental due within 7 days of booking.
$200 ($300 if 3+ months)Cleaning Fee plus balance of full rental amount and security deposit is due 60 days prior to rental (exceptions made for last minute rentals)
Check in is 4pm on the first day of the rental and check out is at 10am on the last day of the rental.
No smoking, no vaping and no pets allowed.
Price quote is for up to 4 occupants. Aditional guests will result in a $100 per week charge.
Only fully licensed drivers 21 years of age may operate the golf cart. Damage to golf cart must be paid by the renter.
Each household is eligible for 2 resident cards for a total price of $50 payable at the time of pick up in the Villages. Resident IDs may be obtained by notifying owner prior to your stay. The owner will arrange for the cards to be available and will notify you where to pick them up. Resident ID cards are highly recommended. They allow you the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident for the time of your rental (golf reservations, use of pools and rec centers, etc)
