Rental Policy:
50% of total rent (non-refundable unless able to find replacement) amount due within 7 days of booking.
$1500.00 security deposit (damage/loss) and remaining rental amount due 60 days before occupancy.
$250.00 cleaning fee may be deducted from security deposit
$50.00 Temporary ID fee (for 2) is tenant responsibility. May be deducted from security deposit upon request.

Monthly rental amounts are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For two couples wishing to share the house an additional 10% per person will be added to the rent.
