The master bedroom has a King-sized bed (Brown/Green bedding - see pic) with two large walk in closets; the master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a built-in bench for seating. The master is on the opposite side of the house from the guest bedroom and den. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the den has a pullout sofa. There is a sliding door separating the guest bedroom and den from the living area. The master and guest bedrooms have TVs with cable included. All linen included.

There is ceramic tile in the main areas, with carpet in the bedrooms.

Kitchen is fully equipped and has an open concept. Dining area off the kitchen leads to a beautiful Florida room and screened lanai, all overlooking the water.

Our home is close to shopping and Sumter Landing! Odell Recreation Center is a short golf cart ride with pickle ball, tennis, shuffleboard, and a family pool. An adults-only pool is also nearby.

The rent includes use of a 2-person gas-powered golf cart during the rental period. A 4-person golf cart is available for an additional fee. Wifi is included and cable is connected to the family room Smart TV, as well.

Resident passes are available at an extra cost, payable directly to the Villages upon pickup. Guest passes are included in the rental fee. Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Rental Policies:
Booking deposit: Due at time of booking. Balance of agreement due 60 days prior to start of lease. Security deposit: $750. Will be returned after the property is inspected for damages, which will be charged against your security deposit. Balance of security will be mailed to you within 10 days.
Cleaning fee: included in rent for monthly rentals only. Cleaning fee of $250 will be added for rental periods under one month. The unit is cleaned before checkin and after checkout.

No weekly rentals available during the months of January through April. Rental prices are for up to four people occupancy. Guests are welcome for short stays; maximum 2 guests allowed. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
