Rental Information & Fees:
Rental Period: This property is available for month-to-month rental only. Contact owners for 2 week rentals that may be available during the off season.
Start & End Time: Rentals begin at 4:00 PM on the 1st and conclude at 10:00 AM on the last day of the month rented.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of $750.00 is required, returned within 15-30 days of agreement expiration if free of damages or losses.
Agreement: Secure your reservation by submitting a signed agreement within 3 days of receipt.
Payment Structure: Lock in your stay with a 50% down payment due within 7 days of the agreement. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before the rental period or as negotiated.
Overnight Guests Welcome - Occupancy & Maximum Capacity: Our goal is to ensure the maximum overnight occupancy isn't exceeded. Rates are based on double occupancy. Inform the owner in advance about additional overnight guests. Fees for extra guests may be waived at the owner's discretion, but unregistered guests without prior approval will result in a 10% fee per person deducted from the security deposit.
Refunds/Cancellations: Refunds given if a qualified replacement renter is found for the same duration.
Cleaning Fee: A monthly fee of $250 is charged, with cleaning services provided every month, (non-refundable).
Temporary Villages IDs: Optionally available for a $50 fee for two IDs. (non-refundable)
Pet Cleaning Fee: Pets, if accepted, have a fee of $350 for home and per pet. (non-refundable)
