Rental Policy:
Payment Rental Policy May 2024- April 2025
A $1000 security deposit is due within 7 days of booking and will not be refunded. (cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from deposit).
The security deposit, 50% of rental fee and signed rental agreement must be received within 7 days of booking to reserve the property, 50% of remaining rental must be paid 90 days before start of 1st day of rental.
Payment Options: Bank cashiers check, bank draft.
Golf Cart on separate rental and only fully licensed drivers may operate the golf cart and must be returned in same condition or paid for by guest.

Published rates above are for double occupancy only (2 guests). Additional guests will result in a $25 per person per day charge.
Deposit (minus cleaning fee) shall be refunded within 15 days after end of lease provided no damage occurred, golf cart not included.

We recommend the optional Residents Amenity Passes ($50 for 2) that you can pick up at the Lake Sumter Sales Centre, so you can live like a resident. The passes provides access to golf courses and activities, recreation centres, pools, etc

Check-in is at 4 pm on the day of rental and check-out is at 10 am on date of departure.

Utilities, TV basic cable, trash, TV newspaper, Internet and lawn service are NO Extra Charge
The home has been smoke free, pet free since original owner and carpeted for comfort
No smoking in the home, lanai, garage or on the property, thank you, this policy is strictly enforced and will result in a loss of your deposit.
No pets or pet visitors in the home, thank you.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
