Rental Policy

At time of Reservation/Booking:
$750.00 damage/security deposit due at time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
$180 cleaning fee
Half (1/2) of total rent is due.
If applicable, $200 non-refundable pet deposit and additional $50 pet carpet cleaning fee.

30 Days Prior of Reservation:
Remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to check-in. If check-in date is less than 30 days of booking, 100% of rent is due at time of reservation.

Cost of rent is all inclusive. Includes all utilities, water, cable, internet, and lawn maintenance. Monthly Rates run the first to the last day of each month.

Rates are for 1-2 occupants. An additional $125 per person per month for additional guests. All occupants must be listed on the rental agreement.

A copy of a current drivers license or state issued identification card is required for each occupant and is to be submitted with the signed Rental Agreement.

Check-in is any time after 4:00pm on the first day of the rental and check out is no later than 11:00 am on the last day of the rental.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOME, GARAGE, LANAI, OR ON THE PATIO

Pets: Up to 2 medium (up to 45lbs) dogs. No other pets allowed (no cats, birds, etc.) If applicable, $200 non-refundable pet deposit and additional $50 pet carpet cleaning fee.

$50 fee for temporary resident ID(s), which is needed to enjoy all the indoor and outdoor activities The Villages has to offer (clubs, activities, executive golf). This will be paid on your own at Lake Sumter Landing Sales Center when you arrive.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
