Check in time is 3 pm on the first day of the rental month. Check out time is 11 am on the last day of the rental month. Keys, garage door opener & gate pass supplied upon arrival. Optional TEMPORARY RESIDENT ID CARD, which is $50 for 1 or 2 individuals (payable to The Villages) is highly recommended. This ID allows you the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident. This card is needed for free golf at executive courses, usage of sport pools and priority admittance to some club activities. NO PETS. NO SMOKING IN THE HOME, GARAGE OR IN PATIO.
Fish Hawk Recreation Center, Pickel ball, tennis, community pool within walking distance. Five Executive Golf Courses less than 5 minutes away.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
