Electric, water, internet, trash, and lawn service are included. Gas powered Yamaha golf cart provided courtesy of landlord. (we require renter to purchase golf cart policy, proof of this insurance required, or signed waiver accepting full responsibility to golf cart and by golf cart to any/all other property during your lease. Seatbelts required, 2 persons only).
Rental Policy:
$500 Deposit/Security and 25% of total rental fee due at booking. For immediate rental, send text.
Rent due 60 days before occupancy, or at signing, if rental commences in less than 60 days.
Rental amounts are based on a 4 person occupancy, additional fee 10% per person for over 4 persons added to rent.
If cancelation occurs more than 60 days before scheduled booking, the security deposit will be refunded in full. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to scheduled booking, 50% of security deposit will be refunded. Cleaning fee of $150 applies at end of lease. $50 non returnable application fee.
Pets will be considered on an individual basis. Pet deposit of $250 per pet, refundable if no evidence of damage.

Washer/dryer closet inside. 2 car garage also accommodates the gas powered golf cart, must provide your own golf cart insurance coverage or sign a waiver agreeing to accept financial responsibility for any/all damage to the golf cart and any/all damage by the golf cart during lease. Features regular garage door, screened garage door also, full wall of floor to ceiling custom cabinets, additional fridge. Vacuum cleaner, dust buster, brooms, etc., provided.
Monthly lease amounts listed. Security deposit due at booking with lease signature, first month rent due 60 days in advance. Clean background check required. 2 small/medium size cats/dogs will be considered on individual basis for additional pet deposit of $250 each, due with first month rent. Exterior areas include a glassed/screened in Florida room and a large screened and roof covered birdcage with a bar and barbecue grill. Smoking allowed on front porch, Florida room and birdcage only. Guest passes will be provided for your stay.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
