The resident ID card is available for the duration of your stay with a $50 payment made directly to The Villages at check-in.

Rental Policy: $1000 Security deposit due within 7 days of booking. The security fee will be refunded within 2 weeks of the end of the stay if no damage or loss exists. The rental fee plus a $250 cleaning fee plus the golf cart fee (if applicable) are due 90 days prior to the start of rental period. Payment may be made by check, Venmo, or Cash. Rentals subject to Florida State rental taxes (7.5% state sales tax on all but Security Deposit)

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
