Rent includes utilities, property taxes, high speed internet, trash and lawn service.

All quoted rent and fees are based on 1-2-person occupancy.

50% of total rent is due with signed lease.

The balance of the rent plus the 7% Florida Transient Rental Sales Tax, cleaning fee and Security Deposit are due at least 60 days prior to the check-in date.

There is a $175 cleaning fee.

If booking less than 60 days prior to the check, the full rental amount is due with the signed lease.
Security Deposit will be returned withing 30 days after checkout.

Bookings will be confirmed after receipt of payment with the signed lease form.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit will be refunded in full. The rental fee minus a 15% fee will be returned if the house can be re-rented for the same time period at the same rate.
