Rental Policy:
Initial deposit is 20% of total rental amount due upon booking with remaining balance due upon arrival.

Rental Fees:
June thru October ~ $650 per week, or $2,300 per month! (Seasonal discount)
Nov & Dec ~ $3,200 monthly, or $6,000 for both!
January thru April ~ $4,300 monthly (monthly discount given for 3+ mths)
