Our home is a seasonal rental only and has a private, fenced yard. It is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1.5 car garage in the highly desirable Village of Richmond. Our villa features an open floor plan and a whole house water filtration system. Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, gas range, Keurig, toaster, crockpot, silverware, dishes, glasses, pots, pans and other kitchen essentials. The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bathroom. Both include extra bed linens and towels. Large TV in the family room as well as TVs in both bedrooms. Yard fully enclosed for privacy. Most recent updates: Screened porch, keyless entry keypad, new family room furniture and dining table/chairs. Our home is lovingly cared for and ready for you to enjoy.


Rental Policy:

3 month rental minimum

Dates Available: Dec 18, 2024 - March 31, 2025
$4900 per month

--50% of total rent due within 7 days of booking. If we do not receive payments and the signed lease, your booking will be cancelled.

Additional Fees also due with signed lease:
- Mandatory 7% state and local tax not included in rental rates and is an additional fee.
- $200 cleaning fee (non-refundable)
- $750 security deposit (refundable 14 days after end of the lease if the house is in good condition and terms of lease are met.)

- All quoted rent and fees are based on 1-2 person occupancy.

Government-issued ID required.

$50.00 Temporary ID fee (for 2) is tenant responsibility. We will complete the application and the tenant is responsible to pick up ID's at the recreation center upon arrival.

The village of Richmond is less than 5 minutes from Brownwood Paddock Square, with all its shops, restaurants and nightly entertainment. Our home is in North Richmond close to Richmond Recreation Center with adult pool, shuffleboard, corn hole and bocci ball, and Claredon Rec Center with family pool, Pickleball, Pool, Tennis, fitness area, and Beach Volleyball. It's just a short drive to Water Lilly and Lake Okahumpka Recreation centers. Other recreation centers near Richmond are Everglades, Eisenhower, and Ezell.
