-CHECK IN: 4:00pm CHECK OUT: 10:00am to allow for Thorough Cleaning / Sanitizing. Keys for the Home and Golf Cart, Garage Door Opener and Gate Passes available upon arrival. Temporary Resident passes will need to be picked up at the Brownwood Paddock Square sales office (take your ID). If you choose to get the Guest passes, they will be at the home waiting for you unless other arrangements have been made. FIRM NO SMOKING POLICY in and around the Villa and Golf Cart.
-1st Payment: 1/2 of the total rate listed is due along with the signed contract and $750 security deposit within 10 days of booking.
-Final Payment: Balance due at least 45 days before occupancy. Refunds on deposits are determined by the time which allows us to remarket and rent the property without loss of rent. -$150 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
