If you want to stay active and meet many new friends you have found the place. This Tall Pine model home is brand new and is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an open concept main area. The living room has a smart TV and 4 recliners and ample seating to relax after a great day on the golf course or a day at the pool. The master suite includes a king bed, smart TV, dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The large walk-in closet offers plenty of storage. There are two additional guest rooms with queen beds and a second bath with a privacy pocket door. The home is complete with indoor laundry and a two-car garage. We offer a 4 passanger gas golf cart for your use during your stay for no extra charge.

A "NOVA" Whole House water filter system supplies purified water throughout the home. The kitchen is well stocked and offers a natural gas range, easy access to the dining area which seats 6. Large walk in pantry. The lanai includes a table and chairs for outdoor dining along with a gas grill.

We are conveniently located 10 minutes by golf cart to Brownwood square, 18 minutes to Citrus Grove (Sawgrass), 7 minutes from Lake Ocahumpa with kayaking, a beautiful boardwalk and large firepit which can be reserved for private parties. Just down the road (5 minutes by golf cart) is Richmonds pitch and putt golf course and Edna's on the Green pitch and putt where you can enjoy great food, drinks and live music under the magnificent spanish moss trees. We are a short golf cart drive to 12 Executive golf courses and Southern Oaks Championship 18-hole golf course.

Along with access to all of The Village amenities which offers over 3,000 organized social club activities. The De Luna Villages offers an adult pool, pickleball, corn toss, tennis, bocce ball, outdoor exercise machines, and a walking/bike path close by. Water Lily Recreation center is also just 5 minutes down the road and offers a family pool along with pickleball, corn toss, bocce ball, outdoor exercise machines, pool tables, a variety of other classes such as line dancing.

Rental Policy:

Reservation deposit equal to 1/2 of the lease term due upon execution of the rental agreement. The balance is due 45 days prior to your stay. $150 cleaning fee.

The resident ID card is available for the duration of your stay with a $50 payment made directly to The Villages at check-in.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:
One month minimun preferred.
Monthly rental rates will be adjusted for partial months.
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
An additional 10% fee for every additional guest.
$150.00 Cleaning Fee
Rates does not include the 7% Sumter County occupancy tax
