The Village of Richmond just a few miles from Interstate 75 and the Florida Turnpike, adjacent to Urgent Care, University of Florida Health freestanding emergency medical center, and The Villages hospital.

Brownwood Paddock Square is 1.5 miles away -- a quick 5 minute golf cart ride. Brownwood features live music nightly, weekly farmers market (as well as a variety of other special events), numerous restaurants and shops, bank, golf cart store (where you can rent or buy a golf cart), and Villages sales center.

The Village of Richmond has 2 recreation centers: Richmond and Clarendon. Within walking distance (less than 1/2 mile), Richmond recreation features an adult pool, bocce, corn toss, shuffleboard, dog park, and 1 mile paved nature walking trail. Clarendon includes a resort-style family pool, pickleball, platform tennis, and sand volleyball. Also in The Village of Richmond is an 18-hole PITCH-N-PUTT, with holes ranging from 42-110 yards, for golfers of all levels to practice.

Lake Okahumpka Recreation Center, across the street from The Village of Richmond, features a boat ramp, kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, fire pit, boardwalk, paved nature trail, and pedestrian path. Rental Policies & Rates
- $1,200.00 (non-refundable) Security deposit* due within 3 days of booking
- 50% Rent total and signed contract due within 90 days
- Balance of total rent due 60 days prior to visit.
*If check-in date is within than 30 days of booking, 100% of total rent is due at time of reservation
- All rates based on 2 person occupancy
- 10% Monthly charge will be added to rent for each additional person
- 10% Tax will be added to all rental periods less than 6 months per Florida tax law
- $50 Fee for Villages identification cards (paid on your own at Brownwood sales center)

*Security deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cleaning fee, within 30 days of departure, after the end of rental period and inspection, if there are no damages, losses, or excessive cleaning required. This will include return of keys, garage door remote controls, security gate cards and mailbox key (if furnished).
