Rental Payment Policy:
Unless otherwise agreed upon, 25% of the total rental amount and Security Deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Remaining rental amount and Cleaning fee due 60 days prior to arrival date.
Security Deposit:
$1,000 due within 7 days of booking and refundable at the end of the lease after satisfactory property inspection. However, Security Deposit is forfeited if reservation is canceled by Tenant after booking. (Deposit is less for weekly rentals depnding on the rental period.)
Cleaning Fee:
$300 Cleaning Fee is due at the same time as security deposit.
Temporary Villages IDs:
2 Temporary Villages IDs are available which will allow the tenants owner access to all Villages activities, including golf courses, pickleball courts, exercise facilities and recreation centers. Tenants will be able to obtain additional guest passes if needed. Tenants will cover $50 cost.
Long Term Rental:
Will consider and look favorably on rentals for 6 months or longer. Rental rate per month will be dependent upon months included.

Younger visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
