Your private furnished suite includes Queen BR, Bathroom (bidet, tub, shower with handheld), Den (sofa, chair, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig, Smart TV, high speed internet).

All linens, bath and pool towels are included with other amenities. There is a gas grill and dining table on the Bird Cage and you can enjoy your morning coffee or cocktails on the screened in Lanai. WIFI is included with a TV in your den with Netflix, Prime and streaming.

The home is adjacent to and walking distance to pool, Sawgrass Grove which has various restaurants, an organic market, coffee station and ice cream and deserts. McGrady's Pub is on the other side. Live entertainment is nightly. There are various bars in this area. Within Sawgrass Grove are Pickleball Courts, Bocce, Shuffleboard, Corn Hole and a 18 hole putting green and outside workout machines. All activities are minutes walking distance from my home with a community pool at end of the street. Eastport is right over the bridge.
The Villages has nearly 100 pools and Recreation Centers offering many activities in each that are posted in a weekly newspaper available at a Recreation Center or Village APP. There are walking paths throughout, restaurants and stores at the Squares: Brownwood Paddack, Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs all with nightly entertainment. This is a popular rental and has been fully booked for the 2025 Season. It is just becoming available.
