Dining room table has seating for four. Living room area has large sectional sofa, recliner, coffee table, two end tables, and a 55-inch Samsung UHD TV.

Master bedroom has a king-size bed with a firm mattress with a soft pillowtop, two bedstands, dresser, a 42-inch Sony Bravia flat screen TV, and a hair dryer.

The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a comfort-firm mattress, two bedstands and a 42-inch Samsung UHD TV.

Pillows, bed linens, bath & beach towels, and closet hangers are provided.

Streaming TV (YouTube TV & Amazon Fire TV) is included.

The screened-in porch has a table and four chairs so you can leisurely enjoy the fresh air with your favorite beverage. A propane gas grill is provided for your use.

Not included is the OPTIONAL Temporary Resident ID (highly recommended) available for $50/couple, maximum 2 people, which allows renters the same privileges as a resident. This entitles you to golf on 41 executive courses, discounted rates on the 13 championship courses, use of recreational centers, pools, discounted movie tickets and numerous other activities. The fee is paid directly to The Villages and can be picked up at the sales office after check-in. With the Temporary Resident ID, you can obtain free guest passes for any guests you may have visit you during your stay.

Please note: All rates are based on occupancy of two. Second couple is an extra $125 per week. See below for availability.

2024: AVAILABLE May, July, August, September, October, & December

To reserve the rental (assuming the rental period is within the next six months), we require a signed rental agreement, a $500 Deposit, a $125 Cleaning Fee, and 50% of total rental amount. The balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. For rental periods out more than six months, a custom payment plan will be implemented.
