You'll also find a fully stocked kitchen and an inside laundry room. The living and dining room contains a table that seats four, a leather dual recliner sofa, swivel chair, and two end tables with lamps. For your viewing pleasure, a 55" Samsung UHD TV is provided.

The master bedroom contains a firm King-size bed with pillowtop mattress, a dresser, two nightstands, two lamps, and a 42" Sony Bravia TV. The guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed, two nightstands, two lamps and a 42" Samsung UHD TV.

Pillows, bed linens, bath & beach towels, and hangers are provided along with a clothes rack, ironing table and an iron.

The screened-in lanai has a table with four chairs. A propane gas grill is included for your outdoor cooking if you so desire.


OPTIONAL TEMPORARY RESIDENT ID ($50 per couple). This is highly recommended because it gives you full resident privileges including free golf on 41 executive courses, discounted rates on 13 championship courses, and access to recreation centers, pools, events, and more. It also enables free guest passes for visiting friends and family.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Rates based on double occupancy. An additional couple is an extra $125/week.

To reserve (within 6 months) this is what is required: a signed rental agreement, a $500 security deposit, a $200 cleaning fee, and 50% of rent. This is due at booking with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

Custom payment plans are available for bookings that are 6+ months in advance.
