Bedrooms all have queen size beds, nightstands, dressers, tv in master with walk in closet. All furniture in the home is brand new for your enjoyment. Hi speed internet and laundry facilities at your convenience in home. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the covered screened lanai with ceiling fan and patio furniture. 4 seat gas golf cart included with your stay.

By obtaining the Villages temporary resident ID card ($50 non-refundable) it allows you full resident access to all The Villages amenities including 29 Executive and 11 Championship golf courses, adult and family swimming pools, recreation centers that offer many activities and entertainment.

All taxes, utilities, TV, trash and lawn services are included.
Monthly rates are based on 2 people. Additional person is $125/Month per person.

Security deposit of $1,000 is due within 7 days after booking required as retainer against any damage incurred during stay. There is a $175 Cleaning Fee that will be deducted from security deposit and upon cleaning/inspection balance of security deposit refund will be provided 15 days after departure.

First installment of half the rental fee is due 30 days after booking has been confirmed. Full rent payment due 90 days prior to 1st day of rental month. If you cancel your reservation within 90 days of arrival, the funds received will be forfeited, unless we are able to secure another renter with the same terms.

The property is smoke and vape free. No pets allowed. No exceptions. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years and older.
