A deposit is due upon signing the rental agreement, which is equal to of 50% of the total rental amount plus a $800 Security Deposit and $150 Cleaning Fee. The 50% remaining balance is due at least 90 days prior to your arrival.

The security deposit is refundable within 30 days after the villa is vacated providing not damages have occurred.

References may be required.

No smoking/vaping is permitted on the premises. No pets.

Temporary Resident ID Cards are available at regional recreation centers for an additional $50.00. This is paid directly to The Villages when you pick up your issued resident ID cards. The Resident IDs allow for the enjoyment of any of the amenities at the Villages, including free access to executive golf courses (reduced fees to championship courses), swimming, recreation centers, discounted movie tickets and more.
