Just a short distance to Spanish Springs and shopping. Close to the pool and only hot tub in the villages not in a country club. The Villages has all the activities you could dream of with the Village Resident ID, you have access to any of the Executive golf courses and championship golf courses. You also can enjoy any of the recreation centers and non country club swimming pools. Recreation centers offer outdoor activities such as bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, basketball and more than 500 indoor events and over 3,000 clubs. Explore any of the 3 public squares by golf cart or car, all squares have live entertainment and dancing every night of the week!

If you will be needing a golf cart we can arrange for a rental at a cost of $350.00 per month. We use an independent Golf Cart Rental Company for the following reasons.

1.) If you break down they have the staff available to retrieve you and your cart quickly.
2.) If you do have a break down, they have many additional carts and can quickly provide a replacement to keep your vacation on track.

This property includes high speed internet, and Direct TV stream for your entertainment. Netflix and Prime video app's are installed on the the TV but will require you to use your own login.

RENTAL POLICY
$500.00 reservation fee is due within 7 days of booking & signing the rental agreement. At move-in, this fee will become your Security Deposit.

Full rental price and cleaning fee is due at least 90 days prior to commencement of rental start date.

Cancellation Policy: If reservation is cancelled prior to 90 days of arrival date, security deposit and any rental funds paid will be refunded minus a $300 cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled 90 days or less from the arrival date, you are subject to 100% forfeiture of rental funds and or security deposit. The home will be released and we will make every effort to re-rent the home and refund as much as possible of the rental funds already paid. Cancellation of any part of your reservation will cancel the entire reservation.

*Optional temporary resident identification cards (for two) are available for $50.00. (Guest passes are free.)

*$500 refundable security deposit, which will be refunded within 14 days after the lease ends, assuming there are no damages and/or repairs needed.

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided at times.
