Furnishings: Leather reclining sofa and chairs; 55 inch Smart TV the living room; Smart TV in the master; Comfortable Lanai chairs that rock and swivel; gas grill w/extra tank; patio table and chairs; King bed in the master; and a queen bed in the guest room. quality bed and bath linens, a fully stocked kitchen with everything (& more) you would expect in a turn-key short-term rental. A printer is provided, along with pool noodles, bag chairs, and a 2017 Yamaha gas golf cart with upgraded seats, armrests, speedometer, gas gauge, locking gloveboxes, and emergency roadside assistance.

May-September, 4-day minimum rental; rates for weekly and monthly posted, too
Oct-Nov, 1-month minimum rental; otherwise, feel free to ask for your desired rental period

RENTAL POLICY:
Rental Price Includes the use of the 2-Seater 2017 Yamaha Golf Cart (gas) with upgraded upholstery, seatbelts, locking glove boxes, USB ports, speedometer, gas gauge, emergency roadside assistance (a $560 monthly value)

Fifty Percent of Rent, along with the $1,000 security deposit, due within 4 days of booking

Remaining 50% of rent, along with taxes, and cleaning fee, due 60 days prior to arrival.

Taxes for county and state, which total 7% of rental amount (FL & Sumter Co), will be collected.

Temporary Resident IDs: $50 for two people (paid to The Villages) -OR- we can furnish guest passes free of charge. We will make these arrangements for you once you decide the type of pass you would like.

$200 Cleaning Fee
$100-200 Pet Fee, depending on length of stay

Deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure, as long as there are no damages to the home or golf cart, all keys, gate cards, and garage door openers have been returned.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation is necessary due to emergency, any monies deposited would be returned if landlord is able to re-rent at same rate, or prorated accordingly, less a $250 re-listing fee. Some renters opt for trip cancellation insurance. We recommend the one we use when we travel: insure my trip.com

CHECK-IN TIMES:
Check-in time 4 pm, or by arrangement with owner.
Check-out by 10:00 am or by arrangement with the owner.

NO SMOKING in the home, on the lanai, or anywhere on the premises. If you are a smoker, Im sorry, but this is not the home for you.

We will require you to sign a short term rental agreement, and we are happy to furnish the agreement to you prior to you making a commitment to rent the property.
