Be one of the first fortunate guests to stay in this (purchased July) new patio villa I call Southern Magnolia Cottage. Decorator designed with a retro vibe....clean lines and no chachkas! This two bedroom, two bath Haven design was chosen over other styles for the privacy and flow. The guest bedroom has a private bath and located apart from the living area and master. The rear lanai is 30'x15' with premium screening. There is rear fencing for your private relaxation. We have a full-size laundry room, convenient access to the garage which is oversized to accommodate your rental golf cart. WEEKLY RENTALS AVAILABLE
We are in the Warnell Village of DeLuna which is one short block to the pool, pickleball/tennis courts and also down the road from Publix, banking, restaurants, Village Golf Carts and the new 7-11 store. The cottage is a very short jaunt to the new Sawgrass Square, Hogeye trail and my favorite spot, Edna's on the Green.

This lovely home includes high speed internet for work and streaming. Netflix and Prime video app's are installed on the 3 smart TV's but will require you to use your own login.
Fully furnished kitchen including traditional coffee maker and Keurig coffee pot.
So pack your bags and prepare yourself for a wonderful time.

The Villages has all the activities you could dream of with the Village Resident ID, you have access to any of the Executive golf courses and championship golf courses. You also can enjoy any of the recreation centers and non country club swimming pools. Recreation centers offer outdoor activities such as bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, tennis, pickle ball, horseshoe pits, basketball and more than 500 indoor events and over 3,000 clubs. Explore any of the 3 public squares by golf cart or car, all squares have live entertainment and dancing every night of the week!

The Villages is a super active and loads of fun Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. you have many options of activities. social clubs and organizations, golf and pickleball.you will never be lacking on fun activities to do in the warm Florida weather. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.

Walking path along the north side of Hogeye Marsh. We think the path that goes thru the beautiful live oak trees is the nicest place we have seen in The Villages, and it is great that no golf carts are allowed. We can walk side-by-side and actually have a conversation.&;We drove down to the Marsh Bend area, parked at Cattail rec center, and found the trail at the East end of the parking lot. The trail goes past the ninth hole of the Marshview golf course and then it goes between the Hogeye wetland and the Lowlands golf course. The views of Hogeye are wonderful. After about 3/4 of a mile, the trail intersects the MMP (multi-modal path) they are building to connect the area to Brownwood. We went south and crossed the new bridge, then turned right on the walking trail along the south side of the marsh. The trail went thru live oak trees and had nice views of the marsh, and continued until we were back at Cattail. Nothing compares to this area in all of the Villages.
DeLuna is one of the newest and most convenient villages yet. It is minutes from the Magnolia Plaza shopping center and new Southern Oaks championship golf course. Located less than 1/4 mile from Rt. 301 for ease of shopping and the entrance to Brownwood Square.

There is a two month minimum in high season: January & February, and March & April. These months are only available as a pair and must be rented together or as a unit of 4 months.

Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included.

$1000.00 Damage and Security Deposit is due at time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. $150 Cleaning Fee and $50 fee for temporary resident ID(s), which is needed to enjoy all the indoor and outdoor activities in the Villages, will be withheld from security deposit. Half (1/2) of total rent is due fifteen (15) days after booking. Balance is due forty-five (45) days prior to check-in. If check-in date is less than 45 days of booking,100% of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in. Monthly Rates run the first to the last day of the month. Check in is at 4:00 pm. Check out is at 11:00 am.
