Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. The home is spotless clean, well appointed and modern with little luxuries that will surprise you.
We are half way between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. Easy cart ride to eat, dance, shop, golf, & more! #memories

4 seater gas Golf cart may be available for rent

We supply the following:
Keurig coffee maker
All linens
pool towels
fully stocked kitchen
Some toiletries and paper products to get you started.





Rental Policy:
$1000 Deposit/Security due immediately upon booking, refunded within 30 day if no damage (separate from rent)
$200 Cleaning Fee due 120 days prior to reservation or immediately if less than 120 days

Golf cart $30 per day or weekly $175 monthly $400 deposit $350

Rental fee is due within 24 hours of reservation or at time of booking.

Refund policy
November through April no refunds unless we can get your dates rebooked. Then we will absolutely honor a 100% refund.

May through October 100% refund if canceled 120 days or more prior to arrival

We recommend that you purchase trip insurance for your rental protection and financial investment. If you need to cancel your trip due to illness or other event, this will help offset your costs. Once you book our home, we will remove it's availability on all other platforms.Once this happens, the likelihood of re-booking these dates becomes more difficult. We are entering this contract with you on good faith. Please review our cancellation policy before booking.

No pets
No parties
The pool is heated with natural gas to 85 degrees Nov-May
Parking in driveway for 2 vehicles, no street parking. Overflow parking is available in designated areas.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
