No smoking or vaping anywhere on property, no parties, loud music, and no pets allowed. Failure to follow will result in eviction and forfeiture of all funds.

The rental price is based on 2 adult occupants.

Cleaning Fee of $150.00

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.

100% refundable if canceled 90 days out.
50% if 30 days out
0% refundable
I will refund a portion of the month if I re-rent it.
