Rental Policy:
$1,850 Damage/Security Deposit due at time of booking, which is Refundable at lease end if no damage to property or excessive cleaning is required.
Rental rate: $1,850/month for 1-year lease, or $1,875/month for 2-year lease, plus a $250 lease ending Cleaning Fee, and a one-time $50 fee for 2 temporary Resident IDs.
The 1st and last months rent plus cleaning and ID fees are due prior to move in. Owner/Landlord is responsible for property taxes, home insurance, any lodging and sales taxes, pest/lawn services, the monthly amenity fee (currently $330/month that includes water, trash, free executive course golf and Rec center use), and annual HVAC service. No golf cart is provided, but they can be rented or purchased and serviced locally.
Tenants are responsible for monthly rent, plus electric, gas, internet/cable/phone utilities and their own renters insurance covering their personal property and liabilities; credit worthiness and proof of insurance to be provided to landlord.
