The location is one of the more sought after locations just over SR #44 and just minutes from Brownwood Square. The Sawgrass Grove, Magnolia Plaza and Water Lily Rec. Center and pool which are easily accessible by car or golf cart. The new Okahumpka Rec. Center (opening soon) with dining is just down the street. Rental Policy:
$750.00 Security deposit refundable less $150.00 contracted cleaning fee. The rental rate includes the 7% Florida Transient tax. A golf cart is not included but a listing of rental agencies will be provided. This is a NO PET, NO SMOKING, NO VAPING Unit.

CHECK IN TIME: 4pm on the first day of the rental month.
CHECK OUT TIME: 12 Noon on the last day of the rental month.
