Rental Policy:
50%/$1000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. Security Deposit refunded minus cleaning fee within 15 days of departure. 50% of rental due in 7 days with signed contract. Remaining 50% due 90 days prior to arrival. Rental based on double occupancy. Additional guest fee of 10% per guest will be added to booking.
$250 Cleaning Fee
6% Florida tax and 1% Sumter County tax added to final rental cost. May - November First Responder and Veterans 10 % discount. May through December weekly and bi-weekly rentals ok.
