Welcome to Our Happy Place! Come and enjoy our bright and airy Moonstone villa, decorated in Florida coastal style. Fully equipped kitchen with natural gas stove. In home laundry room and utility room. Living room has three recliners, a 55" smart TV with high speed Xfinity internet. The main bedroom has a King bed with a 43" smart TV and guest bedroom has a Queen bed.

2019 EZGO Freedom golf cart included.
No smoking inside or on property.

A non-shedding house-trained dog is welcome. Please be advised of an additional $75 cleaning fee for pets.

Included is your Guest pass, which you have access to enjoy 108 swimming pools and 44 recreation centers and participate in over 3,000 club activities. Enjoy the dog parks, archery ranges, air gun ranges, bocci ball, bean bag toss, pickle ball courts, beach Volleyball, gas fire pits and the numerous beautiful walking trails that surround you.

For Golfers, An optional Temporary resident ID can be obtained for a fee of $50 for two people. This will entitle you free golf ($5 trail fee) at any of our 42 executive golf courses and reduced fees at our 13 championship courses.

Rental includes utilities, high speed internet, trash, lawn service and pest control.
Rental rates are for two people. The fee for additional guests staying 7 days or more is $50 per person per week. The villa comfortably accommodates up to four guests. A maximum of six overnight guests with prior approval.

A Liability waiver must be signed to operate the Golf Cart. The cart is under contract with Kart-Aid for 24/7 emergency towing or flat tire repair.

Monthly Rental Policy:
50% payment deposit with signed rental agreement is needed to secure your reservation and is due within 7 days of booking.
Sixty days prior to check in, remaining balance, $150 cleaning fee and $750 refundable security deposit along with 7% State of Florida/Sumter County occupancy tax is due.










The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
