Rental Policy:
$500 Deposit/Security due within 10 days of booking.
$175 Cleaning Fee to be deducted from deposit
7% Florida tax must be added to rental fee

Weekly Rate available May, June, July or August

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
