This is a Cozy house on a quiet street. Little traffic noise, and a nice-size yard make the enclosed porch an inviting spot for morning coffee. The living/dining/kitchen area is in the center of the home with the master bedroom and bath on one side, and the second bedroom, office, and bath on the other side. So, while not a large home, the floorplan provides private space for more than one person. All floors are hard surfaces.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. The shower and the toilet in the master bath have grab rails. There are three recliners in the house. In the living room, second bedroom, and the office. There are tv's in both bedrooms, as well as the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a new gas stove and a new microwave. This is our private home. It is equipped the small appliances you would expect: Coffee maker, crock pot, rice cooker, etc.

The village of Belle Aire is off Buena Vista, four miles from Spanish Springs and four and a half miles from Sumter Landing. Music every night a short drive away. Also handy at this end of town are grocery stores, banks, and restaurants.
Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, and lawn service, are included.

Available in a three-month block January-March 2026. $3800 per month.
Rental Policy: $1500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
Rental Policy: 50% of rent due December 1 with paid balance by December 15. Rental rate includes electric, water, garbage, pest control, and internet TV. The rental rate does not include Villager ID cards. Rental rates are for 2 people. Visitors are permitted for a period of one week.
Check-in is at 3:00 on first day of rental. Earlier if unit is ready. Check-out is at 10:00 on last day of rental.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
