Welcome to Emma Place. Our home is special because of a corner private yard and fence along the backyard. This house is beautifully decorated with all newer furnishings. It has everything you need to enjoy your time in The Villages

We rent for no less than a month.

Golf cart is included for your use. This is a $500+ month value.

Living Room area has couch, loveseat, coffee table, corner tables and 65 inch TV

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, baking supplies, and all the small appliances you need for your stay.
There are 3 counter top swivel chairs. Gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with door water and ice. We also have a beautiful small table with extension and 4 chairs. Comfortably sits 4 people

Outside we have a newer BBQ grill, Table with umbrella, chairs and Lounge chairs. We have an extended side screened lanai

The primary Bedroom has a comfortable king bed, dresser, nightstands, ceiling fan and private bathroom.
The bathroom area has a large sized walk-in closet, double sinks, and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser, nightstands, ceiling fan and closet.

The main bathroom off the hallway has a bathtub/shower.

All bedding and towels are provided, including beach towels for the pools.

There is a washer and dryer off the kitchen.

A full two car garage with plenty of room for a car and a golf cart. Garage openers and keypad on front door

The home is located in the Village of Hawkins. This is in the newer area, South of Rt 44 between Brownwood Square and Sawgrass area. Located minutes away from grocery store, restaurants, and LOTS of recreation places to enjoy. You can go almost anywhere in your golf cart. We look forward to sharing our home with you.

WE PAY:

Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, WIFI, trash, lawn service, local daily newspaper, $50 Residents ID, propane for the grill

We ALSO pay the 7% Florida Sales Taxes due!!
This is approximately up to $300 a month value!!

YOU PAY:

$750 Security deposit AND 50% of total cost of rent agreement, AND a signed contract within 10 days of booking.

Rent balance plus $150.00 (cleaning fee) due 45 days or sooner before your arrival date.

AGAIN:
No pets
No smoking
No rental less than a month
More than 2 renters will be considered

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 46 days or sooner before rental start date:
The full amount of monies will be refunded without interest.
Cancellation 45 days or less from start of rental date:
The full amount of rent paid will be forfeited unless the landlord can secure another renter for the same time period. (Deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded even if we are unable to rent that period again)


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
For families of younger children, there are family friendly pools and at certain times, Camp Villages
