Master Bedroom has king size bed, en suite bathroom/linen & walk-in closets; Second bedroom can be either a king size bed or twin beds with walk-in closet. There is a pocket door that makes this bedroom and bath a private suite area with linen closet. The sunroom also has a pocket door for privacy and has a pull out couch that makes into a queen bed as well as a TV. The enclosed lanai is off of the sunroom and has glass w/screened windows. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. The inside laundry room has a new washer and dryer. There is a two car garage but one side will hold the gas golf cart that you will be able to use. The other side will be my personal storage. There are both left and right handed golf clubs that you may use. Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, and lawn service are included. The home rental also includes usage of my four seater gas golf cart and I also have three bicycles.

I live in the home when it is not rented out; therefore I leave all kind of staples that are needed to start living in the home. Some of these things include paper towels, extra toilet paper, dishwashing soap, flour, sugar, oil, spices, etc. I also have a printer in the home.

I give the renters full access to all the amenities within the villages. ID cards for these amenities are available at the Spanish Springs sales office with a $50 payment.

Rental Policy:
$1,000 Deposit/Security due with signing lease. $250 Cleaning Fee. Pets may be allowed but must discuss first. See the rental calendar for pricing.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.therefore I leave all kinds of staples that are needed
