Whether you are a scratch golfer or a novice like me you are welcome to replace any lost balls from my stash of over 1400 golf balls in the garage. Amazing how that takes the edge off while on a new golf course. The stretched 3 car garage will house our car in the 3rd bay while we are away but the oversize garage will easily house your car, our golf cart our 2 bikes and anything you need to store there. Pickleball, corn toss, bocce ball, shuffleboard, archery, air rifle range, the Fenney putting course, boardwalk nature trails and the 3 Fenney pools are just minutes away.

By car, Brownwood Paddock Square is 12 minutes, Sawgrass Grove is 12 minutes, Publix is 5 minutes, Everglades Regional Rec Center is 5 minutes, Ednas on the Green with Marsh View Pitch and Put is 8 minutes. Lake Sumter Landing is 27 minutes. Double those times in the cart.

This home is carpet free and quartz surfaces throughout. The master features King bed and second TV, his/hers walk in closets with built in dressers. Big master bath with walk in shower. Queen bed and 3rd TV in BR 2 and bunk bed with 3rd trundle bed in BR 3. Queen sleeper sofa in BR 4. If you enjoy cooking, step out in the lanai and cut herbs for use in the well appointed kitchen. The kitchen has gas range and stainless appliances. Large pantry and adjacient coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker.

The Lanai is without question our favorite area. The covered section of lanai is 10' x 40'. The covered lanai has a hot tub for your enjoyment and relaxation. In addition there is adjacient 14' x 21' screened lanai extension and is equipped with privacy screens. Open the fully recessed 11 foot sliding doors and your indoor/outdoor living space is 38 feet wide. Enjoy your morning coffee in the swing handcrafted by my father 40 years ago. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine around the fire pit and listen to the waterfall built in to the grill surround. The outside living area is surrounded by a large palms and tropical plants. Do not miss the Eagle nest which is visible from the Lanai or patio. Just look over the grill (binoculars provided). One Baby Eaglet was born in early March 2024.

Rental Policy: A reservation deposit of 50% of total rental amount is due within 3 days of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 45 days prior to check-in, the total amount will be due immediately. $200 Cleaning Fee; Free - Guest ID or $50 for 2 Temporary Residence IDs; This is a smoke and vape free home and no pets are permitted.

Security deposit of $1500 is refundable within 14 days after the day of departure & a satisfactory inspection of the home. Deposit will be returned in full if, upon inspection of the home by housekeeping, all gate cards & garage door opener & keys are accounted for, no damage beyond normal wear and tear, and there is no additional need for a deep clean of home.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm on first day of rental. Check-out time is 10 am on last day of rental. RATES: Based on double occupancy, additional guest rates apply. 8% tax on all rentals. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.

February 1 - March 15, 2025 $9,500/6 weeks plus 8% tax
Plus cleaning fee $200 per rental
Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, are included.
