Rental Policy: CHECK IN: 3:00 PM CHECK OUT: 12:00 PM TO ALLOW FOR THOROUGH CLEANING/SANITIZING.

A Resident Pass is offered for an extra $50, payable to The Villages when you pick it up.

No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, and pets are not permitted. Please avoid parties, loud music, and other disturbances. Failure to follow these rules may result in eviction and loss of all funds.

The rent includes property taxes, utilities, internet, trash, and lawn service.
The rental policy requires an $800 security deposit and a $200 cleaning fee.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents aged 55+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
