You are a quick 5-minute ride by golf cart to Sumter Landing Square which has wonderful shops, great food and drinks along with exciting entertainment on the square every night of the week
As you enter our home you will enjoy an open floor plan, with high ceilings, lovely decor with brand new bedding and furniture. Master suite and guest bedrooms both have queen beds. Master bedroom has walk in closet and TV with cable. Enjoy your coffee on our lanai which has a private backyard. You will quickly discover how convenient our location is. A quick walk to the Amelia rec center, and minutes from Winn Dixie, and Lake Sumter Landing where you can enjoy live music 365 days a year, grab a cup of coffee or a bite to eat or enjoy some retail therapy. Treat yourself to golf and dinner at either Mallory Country Club or Havana Country club which are right around the corner. The Villages offers 2000 organized clubs, an abundance of neighborhood swimming pools and rec centers which host a lot of different activities. Our home is furnished with everything you would need including dishes, silverware, pots, pans, towels, linens, washer and dryer, Keurig coffee machine, alarm clock radio, gas range and beach towels. In addition, a starter supply of household consumables is included with rental such as dishwasher, bath soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and tissues for your convenience.
Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, high speed internet, trash, lawn service are all included.

Rental Policy:
$800 Security Deposit refundable if no damage to house (due within 7 days of booking)
$150 Departure Cleaning Fee - due with final payment
50% of rent due within 7 days of booking and is non-refundable unless we can rent for the exact same dates and price. Additional 50% (plus cleaning fee) is due 45 days prior to check-in
Check in time 4:00 p.m. Check out is at noon
Optional temporary resident ID card $50 payable to the Villages is highly recommended which allows you the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident. This card is needed for free golf at executive courses, usage of sport pools and priority admittance to some club activities.
Rental prices are for up to two people occupancy. Guests are welcome for short stay (up to 4 days) Otherwise additional cost for longer term guests Maximum 2 guests allowed
The Villages is a premier adult community (55 yrs+)in central Florida. Come join us at this resort-like living. We like to think of it as Disney World for adults. The Villages definitely live up to its nickname as Florida's Friendliness Hometown! We love the awesome nightly music and dancing at all 3 of the Town Squares, 365 days/yr
No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. We would be happy to give you contact names for golf cart rentals.
